Family Services of Tulare County was founded in 1983 as an emergency shelter for women and children escaping domestic violence. Today, the agency offers multiple services to help children, adults, and families heal from violence and thrive in healthy relationships. This case study discusses how FSTC uses Bonterra Program Management (formerly Social Solutions) to track client data in DVHRT and other programs, and has to monitor employee caseloads and client appointments to develop productivity benchmarks.
