Bonterra earned two Silver Stevie® Awards in the 20th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, recognized for customer service excellence and contact center customer experience. The organization received Silver honors for Customer Service Department of the Year – Computer Software (Up to 100 Employees) and Contact Center of the Year (Up to 100 Seats) – Technology Industries.

In the past year, the team achieved a 96.6% customer satisfaction (CSAT) rating, resolved 84.1% of inquiries on first contact, and expanded self-service resolution to 75%, enabling faster answers while preserving agent capacity for complex, time-sensitive needs.
