Snehal Desai is the chief operating officer of Bonterra—a social good software company focused on powering those who power social impact with donor engagement, supporter engagement, program management, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) tech solutions.
Snehal oversees all aspects of customer delivery, operations, and success, and plays an integral role in leading Bonterra’s focus on accelerating client and community adoption, usage, and value realization to ensure Bonterra’s clients are maximizing impact. Snehal & his customer-facing teams are focused on client success across all Bonterra’s solutions. Snehal formerly served as corporate vice president, global professional services at NCR Corporation, where he was responsible for all customer operations and delivery of a global team across 35 countries. With more than 25 years of experience in the software industry, Snehal has served in senior leadership positions at TravelClick, Vertafore, and Verint Systems. He is currently based in Atlanta, GA and is a graduate of Boston University with a degree in Biomedical Engineering.
