Kathy Crusco is the chief financial officer of Bonterra – a social good software company focused on empowering those who drive social impact with case management, corporate social good, philanthropy, and fundraising and relationship management technology solutions. In her role, Crusco supports Bonterra’s mission by leading the company’s financial function with operational discipline, a strategic mindset and a focus on sustainable growth.  

With 35 years of experience in the software and technology sectors, Crusco has led both high-growth companies and large-scale billion-dollar global organizations. Prior to joining Bonterra as CFO, she served on its board of directors. She was executive vice president and CFO of Kony Inc. from December 2017 until its acquisition in December 2019. Before that, she spent a decade at Epicor Software Corporation as executive vice president and CFO, and later as COO from 2016 to 2017.  

Earlier in her career, Crusco held positions of increasing responsibility at Polycom, Documentum Inc., Adaptec Inc., and Price Waterhouse LLP. She currently sits on the boards of Calix Inc. and TD Synnex, and serves as a board advisor for Alludo Inc. (formerly Corel). She earned a bachelor’s degree in business, with an emphasis in accounting, from California State University, Chico.  

Crusco’s achievements have been widely recognized: she was named Best CFO in Central Texas by the Austin Business Journal in 2016, honored as one of the 2019 Most Influential Corporate Board Directors by Women Inc, and included in the inaugural Top 25 Women in PE-Backed Software Companies list in 2020.
