After receiving funding to expand their services program into Mobile, Alabama, Volunteers of America Southeast (VOASE) began searching for a cloud-based client management system to replace paper files and spreadsheets.
In this case study, we’ll cover how, thanks to Bonterra Program Management (formerly Social Solutions), VOASE was able to dramatically cut intake time, ditch spreadsheets altogether in favor of automated enrollment and waitlist functions, and free up time to apply for and secure new grants for other programs.
