Having previously used Bonterra Impact Management solutions, when Dr. Debra Mason started her role as Community Public Safety Initiative (CPSI) coordinator for the City of Wilmington, Delaware, she knew Bonterra Impact Management was the perfect solution for her new role.  

CPSI was formed to predict and pinpoint problems that often lead to crime and determine ways to prevent criminal activity.
