Love In the Name of Christ (Love INC), has been working for 16 years to connect people in the community with the services they need. Before using the Bonterra Case Management [Enterprise] solution to collect and report on the services they offer, handwritten call notes, stacks of files, and hours at the computer were the norm. With community needs and call volumes increasing, their team leaders knew there had to be a better way to collect their data and serve participants.
