Jayme Dingler, CFRE, is the Founder of What’s Good, LLC, a nonprofit fundraising and marketing consulting firm based on Maryland’s Eastern Shore. A passionate advocate for small and growing nonprofits, Jayme transitioned from board member to Development Director, where she tripled her organization’s revenue in three years through strategic donor engagement and program development. In 2021, driven by a desire to support more organizations, she launched What’s Good, LLC. That same year, she published The Itty Bitty Book of Nonprofit Fundraising, a practical guide for board members navigating fundraising. In 2024, she earned her CFRE certification, and in 2025, she launched What’s Good Wednesday, a weekly newsletter celebrating nonprofit success and offering fundraising insights. Jayme finds her greatest fulfillment in empowering organizations to grow their impact and thrive.
