Nonprofits today are navigating growing expectations from funders while managing more programs, partners, and data than ever before, often with limited staff and resources.

When data lives in disconnected systems or feels overwhelming to interpret, it becomes harder to clearly demonstrate impact and secure funding. Too often, valuable program insights stay buried in reports instead of driving stronger conversations with funders.

Join us on February 18th for a webinar replay where Tiffany Allen, CEO of Boss on a Budget, will share tips on how to use the data you already have to tell a clearer, more compelling case for funding.

You’ll learn:

  • How to move beyond activity reporting and communicate real outcomes that matter to funders
  • A simple framework for turning program data into persuasive funding narratives
  • Ways to use stories, credibility, and community voice to build trust
  • How to position your organization’s impact clearly when resources are tight and expectations are high
  • Practical tips for making data easier to collect, interpret, and use across teams
