Laurel House offers emergency shelter, transitional housing, a children's program, counseling, medical advocacy, legal representation and advocacy, crisis response, and community education. This case study shares their migration from a legacy case management software solution to Bonterra Program Management’s Case Management solution (formerly Social Solutions) and how this move allowed them to evolve their offerings into a more dynamic program that tracked all service offerings and supported survivors more holistically.
