Submitting a payroll pledge in Bonterra CyberGrants makes it simple to support the causes you care about directly from your paycheck. With just a few clicks, you can choose to give once or set up a recurring donation, ensuring your contributions are automatic and easy to manage. The streamlined workflow walks you through selecting an organization, entering your donation amount, and designating specific areas if desired, all while keeping your giving organized and easy to track. 

The process starts from the Giving page, where you can search for eligible organizations and add multiple pledges for different nonprofits. As you move through the checkout section, you’ll see a clear summary of your total payroll deduction, whether it’s a single gift or recurring per pay period. Before submitting, you’ll also have the option to share your identity with the organization, depending on your program’s setup. After completing your pledge, you can review your contribution history on the Giving page.
