The video outlines the steps for end users submitting a matching gift request for a previous donation, including searching for an organization, entering gift details such as date, amount, payment method, and designation, and uploading receipts when required. Additional steps, such as nominating organizations not yet in the system, may also apply. Each request can be reviewed and edited before submission, ensuring accuracy and alignment with program requirements. Once a request is submitted, progress can be tracked through the Matching Gifts Giving History and Donor Balance. These tools display confirmation status (when applicable), payment updates, and available balances, providing full visibility into the matching process.
