This tool allows users to create and edit group rosters, adding or removing participants as needed. The roster is flexible, permitting users to enroll or unenroll members at any time while retaining their participation history. To access the Registration Grid, users must navigate to the appropriate tier one form through the record search on the left navigation bar.
Tracking attendance in the Registration Grid is a straightforward process. The attendance grid displays a weekly view by default, but users can adjust the date range and number of columns to suit their needs. Users can mark individual attendance or utilize the "Update All" option in the column headers to save time, especially on days with perfect attendance. Importantly, all attendance data entered in the Registration Grid automatically saves to each participant's document folder, eliminating the need for a separate save step. Users can repeat these steps to enter attendance for additional weeks as required.
