We are committed to creating digital experiences that are inclusive, accessible, and usable for the broad range of people our customers serve. This includes people using assistive technologies, those navigating by keyboard, and those accessing our products in different environments and contexts, among others.
Accessibility is an ongoing part of how we design, build, and improve our products.
Accessibility standards
We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as the primary standard guiding our accessibility work. WCAG is an internationally recognized standard for digital accessibility.
Our approach is also intended to align with global accessibility expectations, including frameworks such as EN 301 549 in the European Union, which builds on WCAG standards.
We aim to support these standards across our website and product portfolio through ongoing design, development, and testing practices. Because our products evolve continuously, accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a fixed state. While we strive to meet these standards, we cannot guarantee that all areas will meet all criteria at all times.

Conformance and accessibility reports
We evaluate our products against recognized accessibility standards, including WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
We document accessibility through Accessibility Conformance Reports (VPATs), which:
- Describe where products support or partially support accessibility criteria
- Are based on internal evaluation and independent third-party testing
- Are updated periodically
VPATs are available upon request for customers evaluating accessibility requirements as part of procurement or renewal processes.
Continuous improvement
Accessibility is part of our ongoing product development process. We:
- Monitor accessibility through automated and manual testing
- Prioritize and address issues as part of regular product work
- Improve shared components to scale accessibility across products
This approach helps us identify issues earlier and improve consistency over time.
