Vince Lowder

General Counsel

Vince Lowder serves as general counsel of Bonterra —a social good technology company that powers those who power social impact with donor engagement, supporter engagement, program management, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) tech solutions.

With more than two decades of experience guiding high-growth enterprise software companies through transformation and complex transactions, Vince leads Bonterra’s global legal strategy and operations to support the company’s continued momentum.

Previously, Vince helped lead Epicor Software Corporation’s growth from approximately $100 million to nearly $1 billion in annual revenue, serving in senior leadership roles including chief legal officer and treasurer during his 20-year tenure. He later served as chief legal officer at SugarCRM from 2021 to 2025.

Earlier in his career, Vince practiced law at Jones Day and Paul Hastings. He is also a certified public accountant, inactive. Vince holds a B.S. in political science from UCLA and a J.D. from Loyola Law School, and he lives in Austin, Texas.
