Session
Location TBD
Mini-Breakout Session: 211 is the front door. What happens after someone walks through it?

Orange County United Way fields tens of thousands of referrals each year through its 211 backbone. But the real challenge isn’t connecting people to services–it’s knowing whether those services worked. In this session, OCUW will share how they built a coordinated service delivery model that connects their 211 infrastructure to the nonprofit agencies on the ground, and how Bonterra’s case management platform closes the gap between referral and outcome. United Ways of California will also share what they see as the next steps to build on this success.
Whether your United Way runs 211 directly, funds partner agencies, or both, this session explores a practical model for turning referral volume into accountable, reportable community impact.
