The organizations responding to the June 2026 Venezuela earthquake, and how you can help
In the span of 39 seconds on June 24, 2026, Venezuela experienced a devastating natural disaster. Two massive earthquakes of 7.2 and 7.5 magnitude struck the nation in rapid succession, the strongest seismic event to hit the country in over a century. The impact was immediate and catastrophic. At least 235 have been lost and over 4,300 injured, with thousands unaccounted for.
This is an acute crisis demanding immediate action. Organizations worldwide are racing to reach survivors, provide emergency medical care, and begin the long work of recovery. Every hour matters. Every dollar donated reaches people facing life-and-death situations right now.
If you’re looking to help, the organizations below are trusted partners of Bonterra that are on the ground doing critical work. They need support, and they need it now.
Here’s a list of nonprofit and humanitarian partners working on the ground and how you can support their work.
